In Shanghai—often referred to as the “Paris of the East”—VGS students experienced learning in one of the world’s leading economic and financial centers, surrounded by some of the most advanced architectural landmarks. In contrast to the city’s fast-paced lifestyle, a visit to Wuzhen offered a tranquil cultural setting steeped in over a thousand years of history, enabling students to gain deeper insights into how China preserves its cultural heritage while fostering sustainable urban development.

Beyond cultural exploration, the academic exchange activities at Wangsen Education Group allowed students to engage with an advanced educational environment, learn about innovative operational models, and discover how theoretical knowledge can be transformed into practical solutions. These experiences broadened their perspectives on educational innovation and creativity. The experiential learning journey in Shanghai was further elevated as VGS students stepped directly into the operational environments of internationally leading enterprises. At Bresso International Trade (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., students gained first-hand exposure to modern supply chain models and global trade strategies, offering them valuable insights into how multinational corporations optimize their operations to adapt to rapidly evolving market conditions.

A highlight of the tour was the visit to JAKA Robotics, one of Shanghai’s leading technology innovators, which offered students an impressive glimpse into the era of automation. Witnessing how robotic technology is transforming modern industries not only inspired innovative thinking but also deepened students’ understanding of the strong connection between knowledge and practical application. This experience equipped them with the mindset and readiness needed to embrace the ongoing wave of global digital transformation.
